TransPerfect is seeking a senior Salesforce product owner to own the CRM operating model end-to-end in a complex, global environment. You will define the roadmap, structure intake, and drive delivery with minimal external steering, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

The role requires deep hands-on Salesforce knowledge, ability to challenge requirements, govern change processes, and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences across multiple regions.

Formación

• 4+ years in Salesforce product management in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Owns Salesforce backlog end-to-end.
• Experience in enterprise settings with governance and change control.
• Strong understanding of CRM for sales/marketing processes.
• Ability to challenge requirements when unclear.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a Salesforce roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Own the CRM backlog and ensure proper scoping and documentation.
• Lead prioritization across global stakeholders and communicate trade-offs.
• Drive execution with clear stories and acceptance criteria, and manage governance.
• Collaborate with admins, developers, and architects to deliver sustainable solutions.
