Job summary

Epam Systems is seeking an experienced Business Architect to lead Salesforce-enabled transformation across core portfolios, including multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and AI-enabled capabilities. You will drive discovery, define roadmaps, and guide governance across complex life sciences and commercial processes.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, workshops facilitation, and a proven track record in enterprise CRM programs.

Qualifications

7+ years in business consulting, architecture, or enterprise CRM programs.
3+ years in lead consulting or client-facing roles.
Strong Salesforce-enabled business capability knowledge.
Experience shaping multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
Ability to translate needs into structured capabilities and roadmaps.
Experience with business case development and benefits realization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

Lead business discovery, executive interviews, and workshops to define objectives and transformation priorities.
Assess current-state models and design target-state business architecture and roadmaps.
Translate needs into solution vision, capability maps, and requirements.
Shape Salesforce-enabled transformation across core portfolio and related clouds.
Identify AI-agent opportunities and define adoption needs and outcomes.
Define data requirements, activation scenarios, and analytics for personalization.
Design end-to-end revenue and customer lifecycle processes.
