Job summary

Olympus Corporation is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the Salesforce CRM/CPQ backlog and drive the roadmap. You will coordinate with admins, developers, QA, and vendors to deliver high-quality releases while ensuring enterprise security, governance, and data quality.

You will collaborate with regional teams to standardize CRM practices and promote global processes, while managing vendor relationships and program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, IS, or related field (or equivalent).
• Salesforce platform, business analysis, and solution governance certifications preferred.
• Certification in agile methods desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Salesforce CRM and CPQ product roadmap and backlog.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Lead delivery lifecycle for Salesforce capabilities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure health, security, data quality, and governance of Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with regional teams to standardize practices and drive global adoption.
• Manage Salesforce and vendor relationships and align with governance models.
