Job summary

Bridge351 is seeking a seasoned Product Owner for Salesforce Sales Cloud to own the backlog, define the product vision, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive value. You will translate business needs into clear user stories and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful enhancements.

You will lead agile ceremonies, ensure best practices, and monitor KPIs to continuously improve adoption and data quality across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce projects, with significant exposure to Sales Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud processes: Lead, Opportunity, Account & Contact, Pipeline & Forecasting, Activities & Productivity, Reporting & Dashboards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud backlog aligned with business priorities and objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to refine requirements.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release priorities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Work with Administrators, Developers, Architects, and delivery teams through development lifecycle.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release validation.
• Promote Salesforce best practices and standard functionalities when possible.
• Monitor platform usage and KPIs to identify improvements.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders on Sales Cloud capabilities.
