Rate Between €2900 - 3700 RV / €1900 - 2400 CTI
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a strong Business Analyst and Product Owner background to support the management, optimisation and continuous evolution of a Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Salesforce administration skills with a solid understanding of business processes, requirements management, stakeholder engagement and product ownership. This professional will act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams and end users ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with operational needs and business objectives.
The role requires a proactive and analytical professional capable of understanding complex requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and coordinating their implementation throughout the product lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer, configure and continuously improve the Salesforce platform according to business and operational requirements.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, users and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and Salesforce solutions.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical constraints and delivery capacity.
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, administrators, architects and external partners.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, flows, reports and dashboards.
- Support the definition of the Salesforce product roadmap and contribute to release and sprint planning activities.
- Coordinate functional testing, User Acceptance Testing, defect management and validation of new Salesforce features.
- Monitor platform adoption, data quality, system usage and user feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support Salesforce users, investigate functional issues and coordinate the resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, user guides and training materials.
- Ensure that Salesforce configurations follow internal governance, security, compliance and data-protection requirements.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, backlog refinement sessions and demonstrations with business and technical stakeholders.
- Support change-management and user-adoption initiatives related to new Salesforce functionalities and processes.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 8 years of overall professional experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, CRM administration, application management or similar functions.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, configuration or functional analysis.
- Professional experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Salesforce Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports and dashboards.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.
- Ability to manage, refine and prioritise a product backlog.
- Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers and end users.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience coordinating functional testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and access-management concepts, including profiles, permission sets, roles and sharing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs or third-party applications.
- Knowledge of data migration, data cleansing and Salesforce data-management tools.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar Agile and requirements-management tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce release-management and deployment processes.
- Experience with process automation using Salesforce Flow.
- Knowledge of CRM governance, data quality and user-adoption practices.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
- Previous experience in regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications or healthcare.
