WIRE IT in Porto is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and a strong understanding of Salesforce processes and user management.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (5+ years) with strong operational support background.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and core CRM processes (leads, opportunities, accounts).
• Expertise in user management, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Solid experience in data management, including data integrity, validation rules, and Data Loader usage.
• Ability to configure and customize Salesforce (objects, fields, page layouts, record types).
• Experience creating reports and dashboards to generate business insights.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model and access control (sharing rules, field-level security).
• Experience with automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.
• Ability to support users, troubleshoot issues, and manage system changes and releases.
