Adecco Permanent Recruitment is recruiting a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join the Digital & Technology team for a leading beverage company in Portugal. The role reports to the Head of Core Platforms and focuses on architecture, integration, and delivery across the Salesforce ecosystem.

The position is based in Vialonga with a hybrid setup (2 days on-site per week) and a permanent contract directly with the client.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems Management; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in large, complex or multinational organisations.
• Strong background in complex IT solutions and architectural principles.
• Experience planning, building and running business solutions, including leading implementations.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the development and improvement of complex solutions via Scrum and DevOps.
• Lead large, multidisciplinary projects with cross-functional scope, identifying issues and proposing solutions across business functions.
• Develop functional designs and work with external partners on their realisation.
• Ensure technology standards and best practices across delivery.
• Align designs with architectural principles, policies and guidelines.
• Monitor and analyse functional and technical aspects of solutions in scope.
• Manage Application Management Services teams — prioritisation, incident resolution and service requests.
• Work closely with Cyber Security on monitoring and analysis of solutions.
• Lead the continuous improvement agenda for allocated capabilities — Business Process Management, Data Integration Strategy, User Experience Design.
• Coach and upskill internal employees and external consultants.
• Own the change pipeline for specific solutions, leading technology change in alignment with business stakeholders.
• Ensure correct scope of technical testing and end-to-end scenarios.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent — Master's preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience in large, complex or multinational organisations
• Strong background in complex IT solutions and architectural principles
• Experience planning, building and running business solutions, including leading implementations
• Knowledge of Sales and Logistics processes
• Experience with Salesforce and Aforza systems
• Knowledge of integration and interfaces — Salesforce to SAP, including Boomi, MuleSoft, CI, PI/PO or API
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English
• Ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team environment
