Sysmatch is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer for a hybrid role in Lisbon (2 days per week in-office). You will design, implement, and unit test Salesforce solutions, write functional/technical specs, and ensure parameterization aligns with requirements and standards.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong Apex/Visualforce/Lightning skills, Git, SFDX, CI/CD, and proven leadership capabilities. English at B2 level or higher is required.

• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team of developers.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Lead Salesforce Developer M/F – Hybrid (2x Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain.
• Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications.
• Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards.
• Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope.
• Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes.
• Defining and reviewing test cases.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).

Nice to Have:

• Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
