BlackBox Strategies is looking for a Senior Execution-First Operator to manage outbound and lifecycle marketing efforts for both B2B and B2C audiences. In this remote role, you will handle cold email campaigns, lifecycle messaging, and collaborate closely with the social media teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in marketing execution, expertise in email and CRM initiatives, and a strong track record in both B2B and B2C environments. This position offers competitive compensation and the chance to directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in outbound or lifecycle marketing.
• Direct experience executing email and CRM campaigns for B2B and B2C.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, segmentation, and channel tradeoffs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain outbound lists using Clay.
• Launch and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly.
• Manage compliance and suppression logic for campaigns.
