Job summary

Sovos is hiring a Senior HROps Specialist to own day-to-day HR operations across our European footprint, with strong working knowledge of French payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. You will ensure accurate, compliant, scalable processes across multiple jurisdictions.

You will manage payroll administration, data integrity, and regulatory reporting, while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and maintain audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR operations across multiple European countries.
• Strong payroll administration skills including France.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and data handling in HR.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations across Europe in partnership with payroll vendors.
• Lead payroll accuracy and audit readiness with documented processes.
• Maintain employee data integrity across HRIS and regional systems.
• Support benefits programs and local statutory compliance in European countries.
• Drive automation to improve payroll, compliance, and lifecycle processes.
