Sovos is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to own day-to-day HR operations across Europe, with emphasis on French payroll and compliance. You will manage payroll, data integrity, and lifecycle processes in multiple jurisdictions while leveraging AI for automation. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and cross-border collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR operations across multiple European countries.
• Hands-on French payroll experience (DSN, URSSAF, collective agreements).
• Knowledge of GDPR and data handling in HR processes.
• Experience with ADP Celergo or similar international HRIS/payroll platform.
• Attention to data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify process improvements and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for European countries with ADP Celergo.
• Manage French payroll inputs and validation including DSN and social charges.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and audit readiness.
• Maintain employee data in ADP WorkforceNow across Europe.
• Support benefits programs across active European countries.
• Lead employment-law compliance including GDPR and France obligations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update HR documentation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding including DPAE and contracts.
• Leverage AI tools to automate payroll and lifecycle processes.
