• Significant experience building and operating non-trivial production applications.

Responsibilities

• Ramp up on a complex global architecture and identify reliability debt.
• Design and ship reliability-focused work within production codebases.
• Build internal infrastructure and tooling enabling teams to operate reliable workloads.
• Partner with product teams to ensure reliability and security.
• Develop observability capabilities to measure system behavior.
• Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to incident response.
• Investigate complex system-level problems across distributed infrastructure.
