Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Platform/SRE/Senior Engineer in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP or equivalent cloud platforms in scalable, high-availability systems.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, ArgoCD).
• Strong observability skills (metrics, logs, traces, alerts).
• Experience operating distributed systems with focus on reliability and scalability.
• Comfortable on-call rotations and leading incident management in production environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Autonomous, fast-paced, startup environment mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the internal platform infrastructure enabling deployment, testing, monitoring, and scale of services.
• Improve the software delivery lifecycle with reliable CI/CD workflows for applications and AI workloads.
• Establish and maintain reliability standards through monitoring, alerting, and performance metrics.
• Lead incident response, troubleshoot production issues, and drive post-incident improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks across infrastructure; implement resilience improvements.
• Develop automation and internal tooling to streamline operations.
• Oversee cloud-native infrastructure on GCP, including containers and event-driven services.
• Support and optimize Elasticsearch-based search/indexing systems.
• Enhance edge infrastructure, security, and traffic management with Cloudflare.
• Contribute to cost optimization while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams on initiatives and architecture.
