Job summary

Primetag is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer for a fully remote role. You will join a team responsible for infrastructure, data pipelines, and observability, delivering production-grade services with emphasis on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

You will work across infrastructure, automation, observability, and reliability, challenging existing approaches to improve production systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
Hands-on with Kubernetes (AKS preferred), Helm, Flux, Docker and Ansible.
Experience with Microsoft Azure including AKS, Storage, Service Bus, MySQL, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB.
Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and GitOps principles.
Terraform experience.
Experience with Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, Prometheus or similar.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve our observability stack (LGTM) including alerts and dashboards.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployments across Kubernetes clusters.
Ensure platform scalability and cost-efficiency as data volume grows.
Foster SRE best practices, including SLOs, error budgets, and runbooks.
