act digital is seeking an experienced IT Release Manager to oversee planning, governance, and execution of production releases. You will coordinate development and operations teams, manage Git workflows, and ensure compliant, timely deployments across complex environments.

Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in release management, strong Jira and Git skills, and a proven ability to make risk-based decisions under pressure while maintaining stakeholder alignment and clear communication.

Qualificações

• 9+ years in IT Release Management or related roles.
• Expert-level Git knowledge including branching, merges and conflict resolution.
• Strong Jira experience for release planning and tracking.
• Proven ability to make risk-based decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee release planning and compliance across Jira tickets, dependencies, approvals, and release activities.
• Manage Git branch merges, version control, and package compilation for stable deliveries.
• Coordinate and lead release alignment meetings across development, operations, and other teams.
• Prepare production releases with final delivery manifests and deployment procedures.
• Assess release readiness and proactively identify technical, operational, and business risks.
• Make authoritative decisions to postpone, stop, or abort releases when production stability is at risk.
• Act as the technical point of contact for release status, dependencies, risks, and specs.
• Maintain visibility of the release landscape and coordinate multiple concurrent workflows.
• Identify and resolve release bottlenecks and operational issues.
• Continuously improve release management processes and governance.
