Quion Groep B.V. is seeking a Release Manager to own end-to-end releases across software, infrastructure, and security domains, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Operations, Architecture, Security and external partners.

The role focuses on predictable, secure deployments with minimal business disruption while upholding compliance and quality across the SDLC. The successful candidate will lead the release calendar, manage risk and dependencies, and drive automation and continuous

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Release Management or related coordination roles.
• Experience in complex IT environments with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Understanding of software development, testing, infrastructure, and release processes.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and systems.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to coordinate releases outside standard office hours as part of a shared rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate end-to-end releases across systems and suppliers.
• Manage the release calendar and alignment with business priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead release execution including deployment windows and security patch deployments.
• Act as central coordination point between Product, Engineering, Operations, Security, and partners.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues with timely communication and escalation.
• Ensure compliance with release, change, testing, and governance processes.
• Coordinate environment readiness across development, test, acceptance, and production.
• Drive continuous improvement of release management practices and automation.
• Prepare and communicate release plans, notes, outcomes, and lessons learned.
• Foster collaboration and operational excellence across the SDLC.
