Checkmarx Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs and release lifecycles. The ideal candidate will manage operations closely with R&D leadership, ensuring successful delivery of projects.

Requirements include over 5 years of relevant experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. This role will also involve driving data-informed decision-making and fostering collaboration within teams.

Qualificações

• +5 years of experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or Release Manager in an R&D environment.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and an Agile mindset.
• Proven ability to lead without authority and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with outstanding attention to detail and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs and release lifecycles from initiation through execution and successful delivery.
• Provide clear, consistent status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by defining, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing KPIs.
