Five9 is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to orchestrate end-to-end software delivery and release management. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality software rollouts.

The role requires steering release plans, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement to align releases with business goals and customer needs. This is a high-impact, visible position within Five9.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and release management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement release schedules aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate release pipeline across development, QA, operations, and support.
• Oversee the full release lifecycle from planning to post-release support.
• Communicate progress, blockers and risks to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in the release process.
