Responsabilidades

• Oversee release planning and compliance across Jira tickets, dependencies, approvals, and release activities.
• Manage Git branch merges, version control, and package compilation for stable deliveries.
• Coordinate and lead release alignment meetings across development, operations, and other teams.
• Prepare production releases with final delivery manifests and deployment procedures.
• Assess release readiness and proactively identify technical, operational, and business risks.
• Make authoritative decisions to postpone, stop, or abort releases when production stability is at risk.
• Act as the technical point of contact for release status, dependencies, risks, and specs.
• Maintain visibility of the release landscape and coordinate multiple concurrent workflows.
• Identify and resolve release bottlenecks and operational issues.
• Continuously improve release management processes and governance.

• 9+ years of professional experience in IT Release Management, Release Coordination, IT Operations, Deployment Management, or a related role.
• Expert-level knowledge of Git, including branching strategies, repository management, merges, and complex merge conflict resolution.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira for release planning, ticket management, workflow coordination, and release tracking.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven experience managing production releases and deployment processes in complex, business-critical environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to make decisive, risk-based decisions under pressure, including postponing or aborting releases when required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams.
