Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Platform Release Manager in Lisbon. You will lead planning, governance, and delivery of releases across a complex tech landscape, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure production-ready deployments.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Testing, DevOps and Business teams to minimize risk and ensure stable releases. A SAFe background and strong stakeholder management are highly valued.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Release Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of project, program management, planning, risk and governance.
• Experience in managing complex releases across multiple teams and tech stacks.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery with SAFe preferred.
• Experience as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or close SAFe environment.
• Strong DevOps understanding: branching, version control, artifacts, environment promotion.
• Experience with release planning, production readiness and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the integrated release calendar for feature releases, maintenance, hotfixes and deployments.
• Coordinate dependencies across applications, data platforms, integrations and pipelines.
• Manage release scope, ensuring only approved changes are included.
• Lead release readiness activities and track progress through development, testing and production gates.
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions by consolidating tests, readiness, approvals and risk assessments.
• Lead deployment planning, execution coordination and rollback preparedness.
• Ensure traceability of artifacts, versions and production deployments.
• Coordinate multi-site rollouts and ensure adoption of baselines.
• Communicate status, risks and outcomes to stakeholders.
