Mimica is a remote-first scale-up that builds AI-powered task mining to help enterprises reclaim time and work more efficiently. You will join one of our senior-level engineering teams and shape the architecture of our Python-based ML systems.

As a Lead/Staff software engineer, you will own backend components, mentor teammates, and collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to productionise models and deliver new AI features at scale.

Competenze

• 8+ years as a Software Engineer with Lead/Staff level responsibilities.
• Strong Python backend expertise and experience owning full lifecycles.

Mansioni

• Write Python applications resilient to production use.
• Mentor others to improve code quality and testing.
• Develop observability and ML/GenAI integrations (Grafana Stack).
• Build integrations with Google Services and ML systems.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to productionise models.
• Respond to incidents affecting ML applications (CPU/memory/GPU).
• Document processes and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
