Mimica is hiring a Software Engineer to join the Mapper Team, focusing on data-visualisation and AI-driven process maps. You will own end-to-end features in a remote-first, globally distributed engineering org, collaborating with TLs and Product Managers.

You will work on React-based frontends, real-time services for multi-user graph editing, and architectural decisions that enable exponential growth in usage; a strong background in data-intensive applications is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with React and frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms and data-intensive applications.
• Deep understanding of advanced performance optimisation techniques.
• Previous experience working in the backend.

Aufgaben

• Develop data-visualisation applications and new features around displaying significant large data properties in scalable, reliable ways.
• Build interfaces and real-time frontend services enabling multi-user graph editing and retraining AI models.
• Own projects end-to-end in small teams, collaborating with TLs and Product Managers.
• Participate in architectural decisions and document implementations.
• Improve Team/Chapter processes, contribute RFCs and code reviews.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
