Zusammenfassung

Greenvolt is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team, supporting the Finance Department in the accounting and financial management of the group's companies.

In this role you will check invoices, reconcile accounts, process employee expenses, monitor expense reports and support other finance areas in a fast-paced international environment. The position offers a hybrid regime with 2 days of teleworking and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Administration or similar.
• Professional experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Knowledge of English.

Aufgaben

• Check that invoices are processed correctly in accordance with policy.
• Ensure that current accounts are up to date and reconciled.
• Validate and process expenses incurred by employees.
• Monitor reports on the expenses process.
• Support other areas of the department.
