The ideal candidate has experience in 3rd line support, Java, and Cloud/Kubernetes, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in 3rd line application support, preferably with Java and Cloud/Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills.
• Team player with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure application stability and performance in production.
• Resolve complex incidents and drive root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for improvements.
• Proactively monitor systems to prevent disruptions.
