RemoFirst is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive interfaces for a global HR platform. You will translate stakeholder insights into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, collaborating with product, engineering, and AI features teams.

You’ll test designs with users and ensure accessibility and brand consistency across devices. The role emphasizes user research, UX best practices, and a strong portfolio from tech startups.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Designer, preferably in tech startups with UX focus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs and successful projects.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools and solid UX/UI understanding.
• Ability to adapt designs for various devices and keep up with UX/UI trends.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct user and business research to inform onboarding-focused designs.
• Create wireframes, layouts, and high-quality UI designs meeting user and business goals.
• Develop interactive prototypes and perform usability testing to refine solutions.
• Define optimal navigation flows and interaction patterns across devices.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure feasible implementation.
