Enhesa is seeking a Product Owner Lead to strategically manage the development of a high-visibility product within our sustainability platform. You will work with developers, designers and stakeholders to turn ideas into real solutions that align with the company strategy, with close collaboration to the Product Manager team.

You should have 2–4 years of Product Owner experience, strong Agile knowledge, experience delivering cloud-based software, and familiarity with Open API, JIRA and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience delivering cloud-based software projects.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and implementation experience.
• Knowledge of distributed programming models with web services and a modular approach.
• Experience with Open API is desirable.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support product work.

Responsabilidades

• Clarify acceptance criteria with engineering and understand the business side of the product.
• Communicate features, functionality, and deadlines with stakeholders.
• Create user stories and acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create mockups of the final product.
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value and effort.
• Review prototypes or proofs of concept for feasibility.
• Coordinate with engineering managers, tech leads and developers.
• Verify the finished product meets customer needs through usability tests or feedback.
