InnoTech, located in Lisbon, is seeking a Product Owner to define and drive product vision and strategy. You will manage the product backlog, liaise between teams, and monitor product performance.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in technology-driven environments and excellent communication skills. The role offers various health-focused perks, including 25 days of vacation and support initiatives.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Manager, or similar in technology-driven environments.
• Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, and digital ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and ability to present product insights to leadership.
• Experience in Agile environments using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Your Mission

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that delivery teams focus on the highest-value initiatives
• Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable product features
• Monitor product performance, prepare executive‑level reports, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Challenge conventional approaches and promote innovative, customer‑centric solutions that create business value

You Will Need

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in complex technology‑driven environments
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes, system integrations, APIs, and digital product ecosystems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences
• Experience creating reports, tracking KPIs, and presenting product insights to senior leadership
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment

Would Be Awesome if You Have

• Experience working within Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or scaled delivery frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven product decisions
• A creative and innovative approach to problem‑solving, bringing fresh perspectives to business challenges
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
