Job summary

Yuno is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join the Product Team, working end-to-end from discovery through delivery with the customer at the center. This is a remote, full-time IC role open to Latam or Europe, with 6+ years experience.

You will lead the design process across web and mobile, partnering with PMs, engineers, and data scientists to understand needs, define problems, and measure impact through key metrics.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication across stakeholders.
• 6+ years designing complex, commercial digital products (fintech/payments preferred).
• A compelling portfolio with end-to-end web and mobile work.
• Experience designing across iOS, Android and web platforms.
• Strong UX foundations: user behavior, interaction design, IA.
• Clean visual design: typography, grids, color, components.
• Strategic thinking and clear articulation to cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of technical constraints shaping design decisions.
• Ownership mindset with ability to lead multiple projects.
• Problem-solving mindset and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery across web and mobile.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define problems.
• Identify metrics and own success, iterating based on data.
• Research user insights to support launches in new markets and new features.
• Create wireframes to production-ready prototypes and flows.
• Run customer testing workshops to validate problems before build.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design fidelity at release.
• Contribute to and evolve Yuno's design system.
• Bring ideas to solve problems; every idea helps.
