Job summary

Yuno is seeking a Staff Engineer for Client Experience to lead architecture of payment-processing systems for global brands. You will mentor engineers, define technical strategy, and shape platform direction while staying hands-on with code.

The role emphasizes AI-native approaches, cross-team delivery, and mentoring as you raise the engineering bar across the organization. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with Go or Kotlin and full-stack skills.
• Proven ability to design robust, scalable systems with solid architecture knowledge.
• Experience solving complex technical problems and delivering innovative solutions.
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native services (RDS, ECS, EKS, S3).
• Excellent automated testing — unit, integration, and end-to-end in CI/CD.
• Proven technical leadership — mentoring engineers and driving strategy and delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Advanced English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.
• Architect and oversee design of robust, scalable systems for payments platform.
• Drive delivery of complex, cross-team projects, aligning with business goals.
• Contribute to technical vision and roadmap, shaping platform direction.
• Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to translate concepts clearly.
