Job summary
AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Inbound Marketing team and lead performance marketing for the US client market.
Google Ads will be the core channel, with responsibilities across paid acquisition, the full B2B funnel, analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered channels. You will mentor a PPC specialist, collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Operations, and explore new channels including AI/LLM advertising.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in PPC/Performance Marketing.
- Strong Google Ads expertise.
- Experience in US B2B markets.
- Experience managing campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and funnel analytics.
- Experience with GA4 and CRM data.
Responsibilities
- Own US B2B performance marketing and lead generation.
- Optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
- Manage campaigns on Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.
- Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
- Analyze funnel, lead quality, conversions and pipeline contributions.
- Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Operations.
- Mentor a PPC specialist and grow the team.
