BFF Bank spa is seeking a Specialist, Credit Collection to join its dynamic international team in Portugal. You will support portfolio management for the Portuguese market, negotiate payment plans, and monitor debtor accounts while maintaining accurate records in IT systems.

The role requires native Portuguese, English at B2 level, and advanced Excel skills. This hybrid position offers three days in the office and two days remote, with KPI-driven performance expectations.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in credit monitoring, collections, or debt recovery.
• Native Portuguese speaker.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible approach to problem solving and a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Credit Management Manager in handling portfolio activities and maintaining relationships with debtors.
• Participate in negotiations of payment plans.
• Send payment reminders and manage debtors' feedback.
• Upload and update invoice statuses in the system.
• Verify and monitor debtors' accounts.
• Track exposure volumes and portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with the internal Legal Department on the initiation and management of legal actions.
• Request supporting documentation related to receivables purchased by the Bank.
• Maintain and update information within internal IT tools, including invoice status, negotiation stages, payment allocation, and related activities.
• Manage retrocessions to be paid by clients.
