Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal, seeks a Senior O2C Specialist (German & English speakers) to lead end-to-end O2C and AR operations, ensuring strict controls and reporting within a global business environment.

The role requires 5–7 years in O2C/AR/Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong ERP/Excel skills. On-site in Porto, standard FT schedule, with relocation support options.

Qualificações

• Strong command of German (written and spoken) and advanced English (C1).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday) and advanced Excel.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global company for a Senior O2C (Order-to-Cash) Specialist (German & English Speakers) based on-site in Porto, Portugal. In this key financial operations role, you will leverage your expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, accounts receivable, and ERP systems to manage financial controls and lead operational excellence within a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial controls, compliance frameworks, and internal audit requirements.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and handle complex financial reporting using advanced Excel and ERP platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating top-tier negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior team members in a supervisory capacity.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of German (written and spoken) and advanced English (C1 Level).
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday) and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Work Model & Location: Readiness to work On-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Schedule: Standard full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00).
