Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Senior Order-to-Cash Specialist to oversee the entire O2C cycle in Porto, Portugal. The role requires leadership experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and deep ERP knowledge, with German and English fluency at C1 level.

The position is on-site in Porto, offers a monthly gross salary of €1,850 plus a daily meal allowance and relocation support, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months. Start date is 29/10/2026.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in O2C, AR, or finance operations, including ≥2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Fluent German and advanced English (C1).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; strong financial controls and ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

HIRING:

Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist

I am looking for an experienced Senior O2C Specialist to oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including order management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. The role involves managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring financial compliance, improving operational efficiency, preparing financial reports, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

5–7 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Fluent German and advanced English (C1 level).

Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

Offer:€1,850 gross monthly salary.

Food allowance of €7.63 per working day

.Relocation support, including shared accommodation for up to 12 months (flight tickets not included).

Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with weekends off initially.

On-site work in Porto, Portugal.
