Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday).
• Fluent German and advanced English.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Oversee finance operations using ERP systems
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across AR/O2C workflows
