Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Senior O2C Specialist on-site in Porto, Portugal. You will oversee end-to-end O2C and AR operations, ensuring financial controls and compliance within a global environment.

The role requires strong German and English skills, 5–7 years in O2C/AR/Finance Ops, and leadership experience. Proficiency with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday and advanced Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on O2C/AR/Finance Operations experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Proficient with major ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday) and advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end O2C and AR operations.
• Ensure financial controls and compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Manage multi-currency transactions and complex financial reporting with ERP systems and Excel.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
