Cross Border Talents is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash leader in Porto to own end-to-end O2C processes, from order management to billing, collections and cash application. You will guide a small team and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in O2C/AR, strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday), fluent German and advanced English, and a willingness to relocate to Porto.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years' experience in O2C, AR or Finance Operations, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or Workday).
• Experience with global, multi-currency environments.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and advanced English (C1).
• Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and review AR ageing reports, drive collection strategies and reduce DSO.
• Resolve escalated disputes and negotiate payment terms with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX and internal controls, IFRS and tax requirements.
• Drive process automation, standardisation and efficiency improvements.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations and reporting to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior O2C specialists.
• Work with Sales, Logistics, Treasury and Tax teams.
