Capgemini Engineering in Porto seeks a technically skilled NOC Leader to ensure network and service availability across domains. You will guide incident management, restore services, and provide expert direction to operational teams in a fast-moving environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive cross-functional collaboration with vendors, and contribute to governance and process improvements. A hybrid work model and international project exposure are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering or operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership within the NOC and ensure service availability.
• Lead major incident management and service restoration activities.
• Act as senior reference for operational teams and guide decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement and NOC governance.
