Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a NOC leader to coordinate operations across RAN, VoIP, Core CS and International Roaming, acting as the primary operational point of contact for the customer and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will own and maintain the shift roster, oversee major incident management, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and drive improvements to service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role supports a hybrid work model on national and international projects.

Qualificações

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Experience in Telecommunications Operations or NOC/Service Delivery roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory); English desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate NOC operations across RAN, VoIP, Core CS, and International Roaming.
• Manage cross-functional teams and resource planning for coverage and continuity.
• Lead major incident management, including escalation and service restoration.
• Produce operational reports and service reviews for stakeholders.
