Capgemini Engineering in Portugal seeks a seasoned NOC Leader to coordinate multi-domain operations (RAN, VoIP, Core CS, International Roaming) and act as the main customer contact. You will manage cross-functional teams, own shift rosters, drive major incidents, monitor SLAs, and ensure service continuity. Fluent Spanish/Portuguese required; English desirable.

Qualificações

• Must have proven experience in Telecommunications Operations, NOC Management, or Service Delivery.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience with incident management, escalation, and service restoration.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with customers.
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI management and operational reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate NOC operations across RAN, VoIP, Core CS, and International Roaming.
• Act as primary operational contact for the customer and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and service quality.
• Own shift roster and resource planning for coverage and continuity.
• Lead major incident management and drive service restoration.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs, driving corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Oversee change management and operational readiness for changes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance reviews for the NOC team.
• Produce operational reports and reviews for customers and management.
