Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced NOC Lead to coordinate operations across RAN, VoIP, Core CS, and International Roaming. You will be the main customer contact, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring service continuity through effective incident management and governance.

The role emphasizes coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams, with a focus on continuous improvement, SLA/KPI monitoring, and operational readiness for changes.

Qualificações

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Telecommunications Operations, NOC Management, or Service Delivery Management roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory). Proficiency in English desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate NOC operations across RAN, VoIP, Core CS, and International Roaming domains.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for the customer, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and operational excellence across technology domains.
• Own and maintain the team shift roster and resource planning for adequate coverage and continuity.
• Lead major incident management activities: escalation, coordination, and service restoration.
