Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Performance Marketing for a key partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a small team.

You will shape marketing strategy, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive measurable revenue through data-driven decisions across metasearch, paid search, app marketing, and CRM.

This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and a track record of delivering growth in complex, multi-brand environments with executive visibility.

Qualificações

• 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix org.
• Experience with PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 2-3 marketing specialists and set OKRs aligned to partnership goals.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership and guide budget allocations.
• Develop annual marketing roadmap and drive cross-functional execution with product and commercial teams.
• Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership and optimize channel strategies.
