Agoda, a Booking Holdings company, seeks a senior Data Analyst to drive analytics for Flights marketing and growth. You will develop end-to-end analyses, design experiments, and translate complex data into actionable business insights.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize channel performance and lead a growing analytics group. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in data analytics, strong BI tool proficiency (SQL, Tableau, Excel), and an entrepreneurial mindset with leadership

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Data Analyst role or big data projects in tech/e‑commerce/digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics/Finance.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehouses: SQL, Tableau, MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing people, hiring and developing team members.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and results focus.

Responsabilidades

• Define marketing analytics strategy for Flights, beyond pricing.
• Lead development, execution and optimization across channels (CRM, paid).
• Analyze large datasets to translate data into actionable insights.
• Form hypotheses, design experiments, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and supply teams.
• Monitor initiatives and report insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead and mentor analysts; participate in hiring and onboarding.
