Agoda is looking for a strategic, data‑driven leader to steer our global marketing investments. You will manage a global P&L, translate financial targets into marketing actions, and shape the market strategy for long‑term profitability.

You will own Lifetime Value definitions with the data science team, forecast market shifts, and coordinate spend across Performance, Brand and Meta for a cohesive global footprint.

Qualificações

• Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
• Experience in Revenue Management, Forecasting, Pricing, or Growth equity.
• Experience defining 1–3 year growth strategies in global e-commerce or OTA.

Responsabilidades

• P&L stewardship and marketing investment optimization.
• Define and execute Agoda's global growth roadmap.
• Coordinate marketing spend across digital channels to a cohesive global footprint.
• Own and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) definitions with the data science team.
• Lead forecasting and modeling to anticipate market shifts.
• Act as liaison between Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts fostering rigorous experimentation.
