Agoda is seeking a data-savvy Analyst to join the Performance Marketing Team focused on Flights. You will analyze large datasets, translate results into actionable insights, and help drive channel growth across multiple marketing channels.

Using SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel, you’ll design experiments, test hypotheses, and present clear recommendations to senior management. A strong data-driven mindset and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with BI tools and data warehouses (SQL/Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Set and optimize marketing strategy for Flights verticals.
• Lead cross-channel growth initiatives and performance optimization.
