Agoda is seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to own the P&L for a high-impact multi-brand partnership. You’ll lead a small team, shape marketing strategy, and drive outcomes through data-informed decisions across metasearch, paid search, and app marketing.

You will collaborate with partner marketing leadership and Agoda's cross-functional teams to align marketing priorities with revenue goals and optimize channel performance for sustained growth.

Qualificações

• 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Complex stakeholder management including partner relationships at senior levels.
• Leadership experience with 2-3 person teams or more.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Lead a team of 2-3 marketing specialists and set OKRs.
• Influence partner marketing strategy while ensuring profitability targets.
• Oversee channel strategies, optimization, and analytics across metasearch, paid search, and app marketing.
