Agoda is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for a key partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a small team to deliver growth.

You will collaborate with partner marketing leadership, regional teams, and Agoda's commercial and product groups to align marketing strategy with business priorities and drive measurable revenue impact through data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• 7-10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO).
• Leadership with ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix organization.
