AgileEngine in Aveiro, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead performance marketing for the US B2B market. You will own Google Ads, optimize paid channels, and contribute to the sales pipeline.

You will collaborate with GA4, CRM dashboards, and analytics to identify growth opportunities and drive experiments. The role includes mentoring a PPC specialist and exploring AI-powered channels within a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in PPC/performance marketing required.
• Experience with US B2B markets preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze data and drive actions.
• Experience mentoring marketers and leading initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for the US B2B market to generate high-quality leads.
• Manage Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Develop acquisition via Clutch, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing and optimization.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze full B2B funnel from traffic to clients.
• Collaborate with GA4, CRM dashboards and data.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments and scale what works.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO and Marketing Ops.
• Explore AI/LLM advertising and new channels.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Mentor a PPC specialist and drive growth.
