Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Mainframe experience in a senior support or engineering role.
• Good knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology Leads, Service Delivery teams, and customer support organizations.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Maintain and enhance technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Support change management activities and continuous service improvement initiatives.
