A2IT Technology is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on mainframe execution on x86 systems. You will automate deployments, resolve production issues, and collaborate with local and remote teams in a hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of DevOps experience, strong GitHub Actions skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English. The role offers autonomy and opportunities to improve infrastructure and security processes.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

• Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and resolutions to development teams and project management, collaborating with both local and remote teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve infrastructure, security, and deployment processes.

Project: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to support Mainframe execution on x86 systems, addressing operational and security challenges within a complex and innovative environment.

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for complex environments, ensuring automation and efficient deployment processes;
• Lead DevOps initiatives autonomously, proactively identifying and removing blockers to ensure smooth and continuous delivery;
• Diagnose and resolve issues in production environments, always focusing on continuous improvement;
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows, preferably using GitHub Actions;

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of Mainframe systems;
• Strong Python skills for scripting, automation, and operational support tool development;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
