Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional IT project experience in Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python).
• Good knowledge of web servers and migrations (WebSphere to JBoss).
• Good knowledge of security concepts: SSL certificates, reverse proxy, load balancing.
• Good knowledge of scheduling tools (Control-M, VTOM) and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK).
• Strong knowledge of deployment tools (Git, Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release, Bitbucket, Artifactory, OpenShift, Docker).
• Fluency in English.
• Good organizational, planning, prioritization, communication, teamwork, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Level 3 support for IT infrastructure.
• Operational support across all environments (incidents, changes, maintenance, on-call).
• Ensure application and system stability (monitoring metrics, resilient architecture).
• Monitor load capacity and adapt resources (capacity reinforcement or redesign).
• Lead technical projects with infrastructure and development teams (coordination and planning).
• Define technical architecture for new applications with infrastructure standards; collaborate with dev teams.
• Document components and operations: architecture, procedures, monitoring requirements.
• Improve tools and procedures (shell scripting, PowerShell, test scenarios).
• Ensure secure architecture in compliance with client standards (SLA adherence).
• Manage backups, perform restore/recovery testing, and Disaster Recovery planning.
